Biography
Jordan is Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT #122780), Board Certified Art Therapist (ATR-BC#19-131), and lifetime practicing artist. His passion for art therapy has led him to diverse areas of work including clinical practice, teaching, research, workshops and trainings, speaking engagements, and consulting. Uniting all his areas of interest is his core belief in art’s ability to heal, teach, and build community.
Jordan maintains a private practice with treatment specializations in adolescent and emerging adult care, men’s issues, PTSD/trauma care, and ADHD. He also serves as adjunct faculty at Dominican University of California in the Art Therapy Psychology department. Jordan’s research has focused on art therapy neuroscience with special interest in how art therapy affects the autonomic nervous system.
