Dr. Glenn S. Brassington’s Research Lab – Sonoma State University

Welcome to Dr. Glenn S. Brassington’s Research Lab at Sonoma State University. Our lab explores how psychology can be applied to promote optimal health, performance, and well-being across diverse populations and settings. We investigate the psychological, behavioral, and social factors that contribute to resilience, academic achievement, and athletic excellence. Our research examines how sleep, stress, cultural experiences, and individual strengths influence physical health, mental wellness, and social functioning. Through collaborative, hands-on projects, students gain valuable experience developing and evaluating evidence-based programs that enhance performance and well-being in individuals and communities.
