We investigate how people change their definitions of fairness and their reactions to disadvantage or conflict when they identify themselves as members of different groups. Interest/Focus: Organizational justice, Social Comparison, Intergroup Relations

Research Assistantship Length: Minimum one semester, must be arranged during the prior semester

Hours per week: 3-12 hours/week (depending on number of units of credit)

Duties:
1) Develop and pilot study materials, 2) Collect data from student volunteers, 3) Create coding categories to code data, 4) Help edit IRB applications, pre-registrations and presentations, 5) Attend team meetings
